Sevka Viktoriia – Vice-rector, Holder of an Advanced Doctorate in Economics, Full Professor, Corresponding Member of the International Academy of Science and Practice of Production Management.
Born on February 25, 1974 in Alexandropolye, Donetsk region.
In 1996, she graduated from the Donetsk State Commercial Institute with honors and got a degree in Corporate Economics.
From 1997 till 2003 hold the positions of Assistant Professor and Senior Professor of the Department of Corporate Economics of the Donbas State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture. In 2002 she defended her Ph. D. dissertation entitled «Insurance of the Commercial Enterprises Corporate Activities».
From 2004 till 2009 hold the position of Associate Professor of the Department of Corporate Economics of the Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture. Since 2004 has the academic title of Docent of the Department of Corporate Economics.
From 2009 till 2012 was pursuing a doctoral degree at the Institute of Industrial Economics of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in an external training course. In 2014, she passed her doctoral defense «The Economic Potential of Residential Development in the Context of Increasing the Housing Security of the Population in the Region» and got the academic title of Holder of an Advanced Doctorate in Economics.
From 2009 till 2012 was Head of the Department of Economics, Expertise and Property Management of the Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture. In 2004 got the academic degree of Professor in «Economics and Management of the National Economy».
Experienced Administration Manager. From 2002 till 2005 hold the position of Deputy Director for Academic Affairs of the Institute of Economics, Management and Law in Construction; from 2005 till 2014 hold the position of Director of the Institute of Postgraduate Education and Advanced Training; from 2014 till 2016 hold the position of Director of the Construction Institute of the DONNASA.
From 2015 till 2022 was the Chairman of the Expert Council in Humanitarian, Social-economic and Social sciences of the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC) under the Ministry of Education and Science of the DPR. From 2017 is the Vice-rector of Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education «Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture».
Scholarship holder of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for young scientists; Laureate of the regional contest «Best Teacher of a Higher Educational Institution 2009»; Laureate of the city contest «Makeevchnka 2011». She was awarded diplomas from the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Utilities of the DPR, the Ministry of Revenue and Duties of the DPR, the certificate of honor of the Ministry of Education and Science of the DPR, the Commendation of the People’s Council of the DPR, the Badge of Honour of DONNASA «Pride of the Academy», badge «Excellence in Education of the DPR», the Gratitude of the Head of the DPR.
Dissertation Committee Member of thesis defence at a viva voce based at the Donetsk Academy of Management and Public Administration.
Author of 120 scientific papers, teaching and learning materials, including 10 textbooks, 9 monographs. Chief Editor of the online journal «Economics of Civil Engineering and Municipal Economy». She has trained 7 Candidates of Sciences, supervisor of 3 candidate and 4 doctoral thesis’s.
