The composition of cluster model the social-economics development of the city

Annotation: The questions of local social-economics development are investigated. The general bases of enterprise cluster operation are determined as fundamental direction for solving city problems. The concept of organization operation, which will be able to regulate the transformation economic connection both on local and regional levels is offered.
