Annotation: In the article the analysis of management efficiency is presented in the forming property of process of large industrial complexes in Ukraine. The economic relations and management mechanism have been considered, as the formalized aggregate of prevention facilities and of internal processes regulation of economic activity. Simultaneous the effective of economical functioning and financial system as the whole in great extent depends on timely and painless liquidation (reorganizations) of ineffective subjects of productions; therefore there is the reorganization in such terms of management the issue of the day. The special significance is acquires the task of change of the folded practice of management the large industrial complexes, which correspond the modern requirements and management conditions not in full extent.
