Investment activity as the method of crisis management in the palestinian construction sector

Annotation: This paper is devoted to the problem resolution of application of investment activity as a method of anticrisis management in the construction branch in Palestine. The main elements of investment policy, specificity investment climate in Palestine have been analyzed. Researches of specific character of getting the Palestinian National Autonomy out of crisis have been carried out. To resolve the problem, it is recommended its application of anticrisis management strategy which considers the following: the possibility of precise defining the aims of investment (new projects, reconstruction, modernization); the possibility of choosing investment projects in accordance to the designated priorities (for example – maximal effect achieving at minimal expense); the possibility of revealing real sources of investments taking into consideration certain opportunities of creating legislative base for realization and developments of investments, both foreign and state ones.
