Business-planning in a dwelling-municipal service sphere

Annotation: In this article the urgent problems have been considered in the field of reformation in the management activity of the municipal service enterprises in Ukraine. During research the main reasons of the unsatisfactory state at the enterprises of the communal sphere, where is the aim development strategies absence of development, the planning systems in the enterprises activity, unsatisfactory personnel and methodical providing. The authors have exposed motivated the interconnection the revealed problems and their influence on the general state of municipal services sphere in Ukraine. The necessity of business-planning has been exposed at the enterprises of municipal services as an instrument of the revealed problems solution. The structure of business plan, adapted to the branch peculiarities allowing to perfect the inner planning and activate the investment involving process into the dwelling municipal service sphere.
