Activization of innovative-investment activity realization regional and local government level

Annotation: In the article there are considered the approaches to improvement of the organizational-economic mechanism of realisation the strategy of activization in the innovative-investment activity on the regional level, and then at on the self government level. The creation of new coordinational management organs on the regional level is offered such as: Assembly of region development, regional corporation of region developmen. It will lead to the activization of the enterprises innovative-investment activity of; they are mainly connected with projects and undertakings which are realized in the region and in the city; it will considerably simplify system of strategy working out and the control of their realization. There are considered the innovative-scientific and industrial agencies which should assist more effective realization of investment projects considered and stimulate the innovative activity development.
