Use of a methodological potential of the theory of sustainable development for optimization of political and public management strategy

Annotation: The problems of using a methodological content of the sustainable development theory in political government are analyzed. On the basis of the theory and practice analysis of political management there were singled out some aspects of using the methodology and technology of managing a sustainable development in this aspect, an analysis and forecasting of political conflicts where resource determinants of political decisions are obvious enough are carried out and it is only a question of optimizing the methods of their analysis. On the basis of the analysis there is given a political characteristic of the country which is a set of the parts as in a public product which is measured both by the production capacity and in a distribution of the budget of the social time. Such a characteristic is concluded to be useful not only for the strategy of the foreign policy management and for optimisation of the domestic strategy of the public management. On the basis of using the given indicator one can develop effective technologies of budgetary planning. The role of management paradigm of a sustainable development for more effective public government is grounded.
