The concession as one of methods of private investments to the public service attraction
Abstract: One of the most problem sectors of economics in Ukraine is the dwelling public service. The social and economic situation of territorial city mass depends on its state and prospects development. Definite possibilities for the economic public service economy improving has of concession mechanism, using the basic components have been define by the legislation of Ukraine. In the article the advantages and lacks of such a mechanism have been grounded. On the basis of their determination the necessity of purposeful development of concession mother has been is proved as the most essential instrument of bringing of investments in the municipal sphere of city. Concession relations principles of organization the proper observance of which provides achievement of optimum result of interaction of of private business representatives have been local authorities definite. Taking into account the author recommendations in relation to the of process organization development of concession relations the suggestions have bean represented as for improvement of the communal objects which simultaneously are the objects of the city infrastructure been represented.
