About some aspects of mechanisms development of the state policy realization in sphere of social labor relations

Annotation: In the article some aspects of mechanisms development of a state policy realization in the sphere of social labor relations here been analyzed. The analysis of last researches in this problem has been made and the authors opinion has been expressed. In the article the influence of social labor relations on the process of transition from the industrial society to the postindustrial one has been analyzed. Social labor relations from the position of radical changes which occur ob the level of corporative structures have been analyzed. In the article the definition of the corporatism has been given as forms of organizational behavior, and as well corporation relations as relations of self organization which arise on the base of the personal, collective and public interests combinations in the course of labor activity. In the article it is underlined that the corporative professionalism and culture are considered as the most elements of the human institution capital. The influence of creative corporations on the social labor relations has been shown and analyzed distinctive features.
