Providing of economic efficiency of extension terms of exploitation of build constructions

Annotation: The article deals with the methodology of technical-economical efficiency of corrosion-resistant materials application and increase of building constructions durability increasing. Primary capital investments in the creation of protection means, outlay during manufacturing of building constructions, buildings and erection of construction objects, and also outlay and losses appearing during maintenance of buildings and structures are considered interconnectedly. It the marked that scientific research and measures on building constructions protection are often held without sufficient technical-economical grounds, recommended methods and means of corrosion-resistant protection. They are mainly directed on study of material properties and ensuring of norm-given parameters. The peculiarity of the methodic is the time-difference record of outlay, their reduction to the time factor and estimation of economic efficiency on economic efficiency on finite economic result.
