Reality and progress trend of height dwelling-houses in Vietnam to 2020 year
Abstract: Housing development is an urgent demand of Vietnam, in recent years great efforts to develop have been made, but still cannot meet the needs of society. With high rate of increase of the country population in general and urban population in particular causing by the process of urbanization, therefore it is required to rapidly develop annual living areas. The article is analyzing the actual conditions to forecast the speed of development and the needs of living areas in coming years, based on what to raise a number of measures to develop high-rise apartment buildings in Vietnam by 2020: investing of the state budget facilities in building of habitation for the of scanty means and socially unscreened categories of population; favourable crediting of building organizations for stimulation of building of new dwelling-houses and etc.
