Methodological aspects of government social-economic development of state

Annotation: The article describes the conceptual foundations of public administration and public management of social and economic development of the state at the present stage. Study of complex issues of theory, methodology and practice of public administration and public management during the transformation processes undertaken in the social and economic life in Ukraine, devoted to the work of many authors. The article emphasizes that the new system of governance in our country still do not conceptually designed and is under development and improvement. In the domestic scientific literature has yet to be a common understanding of the essence of state economic management in the new market conditions requires further research principles and mechanisms of state regulation of economic and social processes at regional and national levels.
