The of methods application of state control of innovational activity in the region
Abstract: The necessity of state control of innovational processes is considered in the article; methods of state control of innovation activity and the complex measures on stimulation of innovational development has been determined. Namely priorities forming of scientific and technical and innovational activity, providing of state resources concentration on their realization; development of innovational infrastructure which provides supporting of innovational activity on all its stages – from implementation of scientific and technical elaboration for realization of highly technological products and services; optimization of the state scientific and technical complex, perfection of legal relationship between the subjects of scientific and technical activity; perfection of the system of financial help of innovational activity on using of funds, banks and other institutes, which carry out the venture investing, work with valuable documents and insurance; mechanisms of forming of consumption markets of scientific and technical production using the system of state purchases, investment programs and financial plans of subjects of natural monopolies and joint-stock companies.
