Improvement of organizational mechanisms for amount of housing updating

Annotation: The article deals with the organizational factors of updating process in the field of upkeep of housing. The author has conducted investigations of the principal updating trends and improvement of organizational mechanisms in the given area. One of the priority directions in the upkeep of housing updating is the tenants’ condominiums formation. To intensify the process, it is expedient to use the partnership mechanisms widely, management decentralization and tenants’ participation in amount of housing control. The implementation result of such kind of arrangements should be increase of the amount of housing control by means of active tenants’ participation and redistribution of management functions because of their decentralization.
