Housing and communal facilities of Ukrainian towns and cities: priority development trends

Annotation: The paper deals with the economic and legal security of rating at the enterprises of the housing and communal facilities. The author has given an estimate of the present-day status of the subject functioning and rating peculiarities of heat supply, the one of the subindustries of housing and communal facilities. The paper has also analyzed the economic management of heat supply plants, and thanks to it, the priority trends of the given sphere development in the Ukrainian towns and cities have been justified. The increase of investment attractiveness of heat supply plants, infrastructure updating, demonopolization and competition development in communal economic sector have been marked out such kinds of trends. Thereby, the paper has determined the necessity and expediency of concession usage as the tool of national and private partnership in order to solve the problem of investment sources application for refurbishment, updating of heat supply objects.
