Raising of competitive capacity of civil engineering enterprises of Donetsk oblast

Annotation: There is building complex function justification of Ukraine being one of the most important industries of national economy providing principle funds of industrial and non industrial nomination of residential, social and community objects in the paper. The concept of “competitive capacity of an enterprise” has been defined, the internal and external factors effecting on the concept have been also established. The fundamental types of building enterprises and factors and terms effecting on competitive advantages have been considered in the paper. The risks requiring for taking into account in building enterprises activities to minimize their losses have been given. The paper specifies the building complex of the Donetsk Oblast being one of the most powerful ones in Ukraine. The analysis of the civil engineering industry competitive capacity has been exemplified by the Donetsk Oblast. The wave of unsolved problems common to the civil engineering industry enterprises has been denoted. In particular, it has been defined that an integral part of the top priority problem facing the civil engineering industry at this stage is the problem of building up favourable investment climate, effective financial and credit mechanisms for encouraging industrial and residential construction in order to raise the industry competitive capacity. The basic prospects of building activities intensification have been outlined.
