Formation mechanisms of realization of state policy in the housing

Annotation: In the article the processes of formation of housing policy in Ukraine, starting with the host country of the USSR, in post-Soviet era and after independence. The main directions of housing policy, outlines the mechanisms for their implementation, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of these mechanisms. Justify the purpose and main objectives of public policy in the housing. The estimation results of the implementation of major government programs in housing, including State programs for youth housing in the 2002–2012. Given the author’s vision-creation and organization of the fund for individual housing construction in rural areas, as well as financial and organizational mechanism of creation and implementation of state programs to create affordable housing facilities. Number of recommendations on the distribution of state budget funds by regions and cities in the financing of public policy in the housing.
