Formation of the system of monitoring the quality of life of the urban population

Annotation: We carried out an analysis of approaches to the justification of monitoring of quality of life of citizens. Systematically identified and key performance indicators that provide the most information about the components of quality of life in the territory, excluding the possibility of positive and negative indicators of areas affecting the quality of life. Developed options to improve the efficiency of various levels of government in order to achieve balanced and sustainable development of the area and improve the quality of life of its population. Given the role of strategic and operational planning through the development of forecasts of further alternatives macroeconomic and regional development, measures to improve the management system in order to improve the quality of life in the context of sustainable development.
