Annotation: The article deals with the theoretical and practical aspects of land management and real estate community property by the example of Donetsk. Due to the need for efficient use and management of land and real estate community property as the main source of replenishment of local budgets. The composition of the local budget revenues from the use of communal land and real estate, and especially their evaluation. The state and problems of land management and real estate based on the structure of local revenues. The recommendations for more efficient use of public land and urban real estate sector by adopting and implementing solutions based on analysis and evaluation.
