Strategy for improving the effectiveness of energy management of housing and communal economy of the region

Annotation: The paper considers ways to improve the management of thermal energy supply through measures to reduce the consumption of energy resources. Justified the use of electricity instead of natural gas in housing and utilities sector. The basic measures to improve the efficiency of thermal energy-supply of existing housing and communal services, as well as newly built or modernized objects by replacing the consumption of natural gas for electricity. The use of electricity instead of natural gas in housing and utility sector reduces the need for gas-Ukraine 10-15 billion m 3 per year and contributes positively to overcome deficit of gas in the country. Results, obtained in this paper are intended for organizations and individuals involved in the construction, modernization, the repair and design of housing and communal services, the upkeep of their energy and thermal resources, as well as for research of employees and graduate students.
