Information component of the social sphere

Annotation: The article the information component of the social sectors – housing and communal services has been determined. In this paper it has been determined that one of the main directions of improving the state of the housing and communal services in the reform is the creation of an effective system of monitoring the state of the housing and communal services. The basis for optimizing and structuring of the monitoring system is the introduction of an information database on the state of housing and communal services. An information system for collecting, processing and transmission of data will allow public authorities and local self-government quickly analyze and assess the situation in the housing and communal services. The development and establishment of an information system linked to the need to obtain relevant and reliable information about the financial performance of public enterprises, consumers of public services, the state of the fixed assets of housing and communal services.
