Features of the state regulatory process control and capacity playback labor resource

Annotation: In the article the features that affect the efficiency of public administration and management processes of labor resource play potential. It has been proved that actions of state population policy and policy of civilized national labour market grouping continue to be un-efficient in the sector of employment. It is necessary to use principle of complex approach on the ground of concrete definition of efforts of state policy, which are aimed at reformation of terms of reference of development of population process for ensuring of demographic base of development of own performance potential, efficiency improvement of usage of provided labour forces and optimization of professional training system.
