Ecological building as innovative approach of sustainable development of Ukraine

Annotation: The nature and objectives of ecological construction have been examined and analyzed. Institutional bodies responsible for development and implementation of major regulatory documents in the field of economic security – national standards have been defined. The key internationally- recognized system of environmental review of the property – their nature and content has been exposed. The main benefits of green building to the environment, health and society and the economy have been analyzed. The place of environmental safety in the construction industry in Ukraine has been established. The steps that have been taken towards the development of the legal framework for the establishment of standards of environmental safety in Ukraine have been revealed. The principles of environmental safety and prospects in Ukraine have been defined in the closure.
