Workforce issues play old industrial region and its innovative and foreign economic affairs (for example Donetsk region)

Annotation: The problems of reproduction of labor resources an old industrial region and its innovative and foreign trade has been considered. The article has determined that the main problem of the development of the productive forces of the Donetsk region is a significant concentration of industrial production with the presence of extensive resource use and aging technologies that led to urbanization, the stress on the ecological environment, increase the cost of labor resources. Over the past 150 years, the development in the field of mining complex, metallurgy, mechanical engineering and chemical industries gradually led to the optimal positioning of the productive forces in industry specialization. Further development should be associated with a reduction factor depending on the mining and economical relation to the environment, as well as the growth of innovative high-tech and IT-technologies, increase agricultural productivity, development of range of related services.
