Ways of reforming of housing and communal economy of Donetsk region

Annotation: The article is devoted to ways of reforming of the enterprises of housing and communal economy of Donbass. One of the most significant theoretical and practical problems of today is the reform of housing and communal services in the region. Services of the enterprises of housing and utilities provide the needs of the population and existing companies for their normal functioning in modern conditions of managing. So important is the search for ways of reforming of system of housing and communal economy in crisis. The article offers recommendations for the creation of a competitive environment for housing and communal services. At the regional level it is necessary to use the potential for efficient operation of existing facilities of enterprises of housing and communal services. The article used the results of the state of activity of the enterprises of housing and utilities, including the Makiivka pouch KP «Company «Water of Donbass». To the entity identified key problems, causes severe financial and economic condition and proposed solutions to arising problems. Ensuring the financial stability of the housing and utilities complex is the main condition for the formation of normal market relations in this sector of the economy and involves the solution of many problems.
