Bases nonprofit organization management

Annotation: The article presents the theoretical basis for the formation of non-profit organizations, given the concept of a non-profit organization. The object of the research paper is the non-profit organizations. With the research methods such as the method of comparison, the method of expert assessments necessary to determine the features of management-for-profit organizations. To determine the theoretical bases of management of non-profit organization through the use of the principles, methods, functions, and management mechanisms. It was stressed the main difference of a commercial organization of non-profit, which is in the nature and purpose of the existence of these organizations. The paper paid attention to solving the basic problem of the existence of a non-profit organization: an insufficient number of means of financing these organizations. Much attention is paid to the social impact of investments in non-profit organizations. Non-profit organizations should play an important role in addressing the various socio-economic problems, exercising social control and offering alternative ways of solving social and economic problems of the regions.
