Annotation: Definition of strategies for strengthening innovation and investment activities is based on the use of methods of strategic management and marketing, and is associated primarily with the expansion of marketing opportunities and communication wigeons for the development of Donbass region in modern conditions. At the level of Donbass, including the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, it is proposed to develop for modern russowii semislave program «Donbass–East–West–2017», which is the basis of a regional system for the promotion of innovation and investment development of Donbass.
