Problems of personnel management of the enterprise in modern conditions

Abstract: The article is devoted to one of the main problems of any enterprise, which is the problem of personnel management under present-day conditions. That is the organization structure that is to ensure the implementation of enterprise strategy, organization-external environment interaction and effective solution of the main problems of enterprise. And on a broad scale a managers’ task here is to choose that structure which is better to accord both with the purposes and tasks of an enterprise and internal and external factors which govern the task. Nowadays most enterprises have to solve the problems of worthy personnel management. One of the main conditions to solve the problem is a potential effectiveness of purposes as to the personnel management which depends on the development of these purposes. Under the present-day market an important direction of the organizational development of an enterprise, its activity is a well-developed system of personnel management. The up-to-date techniques of personnel management make it possible to ensure the most efficient human resource involvement of an enterprise, make the workers interested in the implementation of successful life activity of their enterprise.
