Resources’ Provision of Urban Development
Abstract: The article is devoted to the definition of the role of resource support in the development of the modern city. In the article an important mandate: to investigate the current state of the resource to ensure the development of the city and to identify the main vectors of sustainable resource use. The paper found that the resourcing of the city depends on the state of the urban economy, as well as on the efficiency of local authorities and all the public services of the city. The paper identifies the main problems of management of municipal resources. The expediency of the assessment of the management of public resources through a set of indicators such as efficiency, effectiveness and impact of resources. The article proved that the process of resource management of municipal services various governing bodies perform certain functions, the totality of which covers the entire structure of the economic problems of the city. Also proposed structure of the mechanism for sustainable urban development, the main components of which are indicated: economic, environmental, legal and organizational subsystems.
