The Problematic Aspects of the Terminology of the Intellectual Capital of an Enterprise

Annotation: The main approaches to the definition of the concept of the intellectual capital of an enterprise have been considered. The main differences between intellectual capital and intellectual potential of the enterprise have been found out. Gnoseological analysis of the concepts of «capital» and «intelligence» has been carried out, as well as their synthesis.
