Annotation: The article considers the goals and tasks of managing the development of the export potential of the enterprise. Based on the system approach, a scheme of interrelations in the theoretical basis of management of the development of the enterprise’s export potential is proposed. The stages and principles of managing the development of the export potential of the enterprise are given.
