Theoretical Aspects of Forecasting the Need for Managers at the Present Stage

Annotation: The author considers the problems of forecasting the need for specialists at the present stage. Among them the paramount importance of forecasting the needs in specialists of the management according to new priorities. The results of solution of a complex problem are needed for future planning of production and economic activities of organizations engaged in training of such specialists. The main task in implementation of the purpose of the study is to determine additional staff requirements on the basis of assumptions which the calculation of plans of training and graduation of specialists in the forecast period. Serious problems in forecasting the need for specialists creates a lack of any detailed and scientific methods for determining the needs and standards of the provision of professionals and model of the item positions to be filled by specialists with higher education. In view of the above circumstances, the study can wear in many ways search the nature and reliability of estimates the need for specialists can vary within a wide range.
