Improvement of Strategic Planning of City Development in Uncertain Conditions

Annotation: The article discusses the theoretical basis of the strategic planning process of the city development. The functional components of the process of development of city planning have been given as suggested solutions to problems on the strategic planning experience of foreign countries. The article was discovered the concept of building relationships between public authorities, the public and business. It has been proposed as an example of the simplest ways of actions to attract investments to reduce budget spending, in order to achieve improved quality of life for city activities were also discussed shortcomings of local government in the allocation of operating potential.
