Urban Environmental Construction in Russia

Abstract: The article is devoted to the study of the greening of urban construction and ecological standardization of housing projects. Based on the comparative review of foreign and Russian practices of development and application of ecological standards the prevalence of and regulation of ecological («green») construction in Russia and abroad have been determined, the shortcomings of the regulatory base of urban ecological construction on the example of Rostov region have been found out, problems for the slow development of ecological construction in Russia have been designated. In the result of study the factors of development have been found out and the ways of achieving accelerated steady raising capacity in green construction in Russia have been suggested.
