Increase of Competitiveness and Efficiency of Activity of the Building Enterprises by Consolidation of Participants of Building Business

Annotation: The article examines the problems of increasing the competitiveness of construction companies by combining them. The main types of associations of enterprises in groups are considered, definitions of existing and most widespread types of associations are given. The author’s definition of the concept «group of enterprises» is given. The features, advantages and disadvantages of existing types of business combinations in groups are revealed. The necessity of association of the enterprises of the construction industry in groups of enterprises is substantiated. The models of association of enterprises of the construction industry in groups have been developed. The hierarchical features of building a group of enterprises are presented in detail. The interrelations of construction enterprises within the proposed models are described. The main features and disadvantages of the proposed models for the association of construction companies into groups are considered. Recommendations are given on the use of a certain model of combining enterprises in the construction industry, depending on the objectives and the current situation.
