The improvement of the quality management system at industrial enterprises

Annotation: The article conducted research of the quality management system at industrial enterprises. Assesses the effectiveness of used methods of quality management in industrial enterprises. As a product quality control aims to achieve the level of quality that will meet the economic interests of the producer and the consumer. It is proposed to use a mechanism of quality control that is designed to implement the goals of quality and is focused not only on minimizing losses, but on the coordination of production cycles. There are many different methods of quality management. Reviewed all the methods of quality control used on domestic industrial enterprises, such as: economic methods, methods of material incentives, organizational and administrative methods and educational methods. We also offer tools and approaches to improve the system of quality management on domestic industrial enterprises.
