Annotation: The article deals with actual problems of managing structural changes in the economy through the current mechanism of state planning of the DPR, issues of state administration in the field of social and economic development associated with the formation of the strategic planning system of the Republic. The system of strategic planning of the Republic is worked out, levels, participants, practical recommendations for its effective organization. Particular attention is paid to the components of the strategic planning system at the republican level, the sequence of the functioning stages of the proposed system is described.
