Institutional Effectiveness the Development of the Information System Architecture of e-Government DPR
Abstract: The article substantiates the need for the development and implementation of the e-government system in the Donetsk People’s Republic. The experience of advanced countries using the e-government system, as well as its effectiveness for the economy, is considered. The list of state services for business and the population, requiring the transition to an electronic format, is given. The necessity of creating a system of interdepartmental electronic document circulation is substantiated. The advantages of the system of interdepartmental electronic document circulation over traditional paperwork are considered. The architecture of the electronic government system of the DPR has been developed. The main principles of the architecture of the electronic government system of the DPR are considered. A number of elements are presented that require development for the effective functioning of the e-government system in the DPR. A conclusion is drawn on the institutional effectiveness of building an e-government system in the DPR.
