Foreign Experience of Functioning of the Real Estate Market
Abstract: This article discusses the current state of the real estate market of such countries as Russia, Great Britain, France and Republic of Belarus. The features of functioning of the real estate market in modern conditions are revealed and the basic factors influencing its development in each country are defined.The possibilities of using foreign experience in domestic practice are considered. The necessity of development of the practical recommendations directed on development of the Republican real estate market, on the basis of identification of tendencies, regularities, factors and conditions of its functioning in the conditions of unstable political and economic situation is proved.
