Formation of the Strategy of Innovative Development of the Enterprise

Annotation: The essence of innovation development strategy is substantiated in the article. Classification of innovative development strategies is considered. On the basis of the conducted studies, the authors proposed a generalizing characteristic of the types of innovation strategy. The interrelation of innovative strategies is shown. The characteristic of directions of innovative strategy in the structure of strategic management of the enterprise is revealed. In the article the model of formation of strategic innovative development of the enterprise in interaction of the purposes of the enterprise and a resource component is resulted.
