Optimization of the Process of Restoration of Residential Real Estate and Objects of Social Infrastructure of Donbass

Abstract: The article deals with the process of restoration of residential real estate and objects of social infrastructure, problems and optimization of this process. Three stages of restoration of housing and social infrastructure objects, results of these programs for three years are considered. Statistics are presented regarding the number of damaged and restored objects: apartment buildings, private houses, water supply and sewerage, heat supply, education and healthcare. Problems that affected the effective recovery process are identified. The activities are proposed, the implementation of which will help to eliminate the existing problems. The creation of the Technical Supervision Service with a specific set of powers is considered. The program of stimulation of contract organizations is developed. The essence of creating a single updated database on accounting for destroyed and restored residential real estate and objects of social infrastructure of Donbass is disclosed.
