Annotation: The article is devoted to the optimization of the organizational structure of the enterprise, working in the conditions of strategic management, to improve the efficiency of this process. The essence of the organizational structure of the enterprise within the concept of strategic planning is defined. As an acceptable model of optimization of organizational structure of the enterprise the scheme of organizational structure with use of the concept of strategic economic divisions is offered. The organizational structure of the strategic planning Department is defined. Considered legally independent and economic profit centers.
