Relationship of Personnel Policy and Personnel Strategy of the Enterprise in the Process of Implementation of Strategic Planning
Abstract: The article considers the essence of the concepts «personnel policy» and «personnel strategy of an enterprise», indicates their place in «strategic planning». The hierarchical subordination of the concepts «policy» and «strategy» is considered. Identified types of personnel strategies and directions of personnel policy.Outlines the main tasks of modern personnel policy of enterprises.
