Annotation: The article identifies specific features and considers the factors conditions for the functioning of the real estate market determine, describes the stages of the real estate market to unfavorable external conditions adaptation; marked cyclical nature of the processes that determine the functioning of the real estate market; identified incentives for the development of the real estate market in the form of projects for the reorganization of urban areas (programs of renovation, gentrification) implemented in the framework of development and redevelopment.
