Annotation: The article discusses theoretical and methodological approaches to the improvement of enterprise business-process management systems based on ELMA BPM as an automated tool for execution and control of business-process management, which will improve the efficiency of management of production and economic activities of companies and will enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise in a crisis economy. The practical application of BPM-systems of business-processes management in order to improve the economic security of construction enterprises on the basis of the most efficient use of resources to prevent threats and ensure the stable operation of enterprises.
