Economic Stability as an Instrument of Anti-Crisis Management, Providing Social and Economic Development of Constructio Enterprise

Annotation: In a market economy, domestic enterprises face the task of self-planning, monitoring, evaluating and analyzing their activities, and, of course, managers face the task of identifying risks and developing effective crisis management in their enterprise. Management decisions are developed and made by various entities. The objectivity of the assessment of economic sustainability determines the content and quality of these decisions. The article discusses a necessity for analysis of the financial enterprise sustainability and the importance of results of its implementation in decision-making in order to ensure the stability of the construction company. The conceptual criterion «anti-crisis management», which includes «economic sustainability», was studied, disclosed the content of the concept of «economic sustainability». The main goal of ensuring of the enteprise economic sustainability was clarified. This is the creation of conditions for the sustainable and most effective functioning of the construction organization at the present time and ensuring a high potential for development and growth in the future. The main goal of ability of anti-crisis sustainability. Studied the financial and economic analysis as one of the main tools and stage of crisis management.
