Annotation: The article deals with the features of state regulation of the construction industry, highlighted aspects of the construction industry, which the state has an impact. The conceptual criterion «public administration» which includes «state regulation» is studied. The scheme of the mechanism of state regulation of development of the construction industry as a complex of system-forming, interrelated methods and methods of influence on the construction industry, due to the interests of the managing subject and aimed at ensuring a continuous process of balanced, targeted and progressive development of the construction industry as a socio-economic system. The ways of regulation of economic processes of the construction industry.
