Methods and Methods of Real Estate Management of Various Functional Purpose

Annotation: The article discusses the theoretical aspects of real estate management, including in the context of its functional purpose. Existing approaches to the interpretation of the term «property management», as well as its individual types («management of commercial real estate», «management of residential real estate» and «management of public (special) real estate») have been studied. Within the framework of managing the impact on real estate objects, the specialization of controlling processes and methods of managing objects have been studied. The foreign experience of real estate management as a type of professional activity is considered, the main services of this type of activity are considered. Under the current legislation, the main methods of real estate management were considered, among which special attention was paid to leasing, trust management, concessions, and management of a specialized organization. The detailed elaboration of management methods in the annex to residential, commercial, industrial and socio-cultural real estate has been carried out.
