Theoretical Aspects of Research of the Real Estate Market in Large Industrial Cities

Annotation: The article deals with the theoretical aspects of the functioning of the real estate market in the Donetsk People’s Republic. The state of the real estate market is currently in the formation stage, which has a significant impact on the economy of the entire republic as a whole. The market structure is distinguished by a number of factors that impede its research, which determines the importance of its research in making economic decisions. Considered: composition of the market, segmentation, detailed structure of the real estate market. The definitions of real estate, real estate market were also given. It should be noted that the effective improvement of the real estate economy in the conditions of modern DРR is a promising direction, and it should be studied, analyzed, improved, developed, using domestic and foreign experience.
