The Concept of «Organizational and Economic Mechanism of Investment Management in Housing and Communal Services»

Annotation: The purpose of the article is to study the concept of «organizational and economic mechanism of investment management in housing and communal services». The article first analyzes the theoretical provisions concerning the content of the concept of «organizational and economic mechanism of investment management» and identifies four interrelated approaches to its definition. Taking into account the specifics and features justification of the concept of «organizational and economic mechanism of investment management in housing and communal services». Further study of this concept allows previously disclosed four interrelated approaches to identify the aggregate of the elements in the concept of «organizational and economic mechanism of investment management in housing and communal services». Forth on the basis of principle Pareto the leading factors of improvement and development of mechanism of investment management in housing and communal services taking into account modern conditions of uncertainty of changes of the external and internal environment are defined.
